Principal's Message

Each day has been a heartwarming day for me working in Jungshina Primary School, although I have been performing multi-task job daily being the new school. My day is created by the dedicated and committed team of staff who are passionate about teaching, Learning and development of the school. Every single minute found precious in the school as students, parents and School Management Board members consistently keep track in teaching & learning and development of the individual. No wonder this school performs consistently well but it gives me immense pleasure and inspiration to work even harder although school is tiny with limited resources. We performed very limited activities in the school balancing academic and non-academic to strive nothing but the best, best out of staff and students in whatever little we do. It has always been our pride to see that our school perform and feature in top spot of school in Thimthrom and to see our students perform well in life. Therefore, our school web offers us best opportunity to showcase what we do, how do we do it and the reason behind all our endeavors. This is exceptional platform for us –staff, students and parents to put on record and exhibits activities we performed in the school for others, particularly parents to keep abreast of the school activities. We hope that this website will open our windows to the world. We also hope who ever visit our web; will get general idea about the school and the programs we have. Many thanks for visiting our website.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by newly discovered coronavirus.
Most people infected with COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Older people and those with under lying medical problems like cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic respiratory diseases, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness.
The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol based rub frequently and not touching your face.
The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it’s important that you also practice respiratory etiquette (for example, by coughing into a flexed elbow).
At this time, there is no specific vaccine or treatmen
Where did the novel coronavirus come from? (2020-04-01 13:43:01)
The coronaviruses that cause MERS and SARS are though to have crossed from mammals to humans, where they mutated to become contagious. MERS-CoV first appeared in Jordon and Saudi Arabia in 2012 and it's thought to have crossed over to humans from dromedary camels in Africa, the Middle East and southern Asia.
MERS is extremely deadly, about 30% of people who are infected with MERS will die," Williams said. "So the virus got over one of the barriers -- it's able to infect humans, grow in them and cause disease -- but thankfully it really doesn't spread well person to person, other than very, very close contacts."
SARS has been more difficult to pin down.

Because one of the most common carriers for coronaviruses are bats, it's thought that the virus may have started there. Then it supposedly mutated to the masked palm civet, a small cat-like mammal eaten in some parts of China. But even that theory is disputed.
"SARS caused death in about 10% of people that became infected and it di
